BODY COMPOSITION EVALUATION PRICING

Fully comprehensive Body Composition to include Maximum and Target Heart information and the following measurements: BMI (Body Mass Index), % Body Fat, Waist to Hip Ratio, Girth Measurements, Body Density, Resting Energy Expenditure and Ideal Body Weight. All the information you need to know for your body’s present state of Fitness and its Future state of Fitness.

Policies 

TRAINING COMMITMENT AND ROLL-OVER

The key to fitness success is consistency! 

In order to yield the best results for you, we hold you accountable for the sessions you commit to (4x/month, 8x/month, 12x/month).  We understand that sometimes schedules need to be more fluid.  As such, we encourage you to reschedule any missed appointments within a given month to avoid losing sessions within that monthly period. 

When training 8-12 times a month with a 3 or 6 month commitment, we allow 1-2 sessions, respectively, to roll-over into the next month.  Roll-over sessions are valid for 30 days only.  After that time, unused sessions will be considered delivered.  When your 3 or 6 month commitment has come to an end, and you are not planning on continuing your fitness journey with us, unused sessions will not roll-over and will be considered delivered.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

Sessions must be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.  To bypass this charge, the missed session must be rescheduled within 4 days.

PACKAGE REFUND

PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  In extenuating circumstances, such as debilitating injury, life changing circumstance or relocation of 15 miles or more outside of the studio location, a refund will be given.  You will be responsible for payment of used sessions plus a $200 cancellation fee.
